Addis Chamber inks MoU with the Global customer service Institute/ Alta Counseling

Global Customer Service Institute (with Alta Research,Training and Counseling plc) (GLOBAL/ ALTA) signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations to work in partnership on April 13, 2023@the premise of the chamber, Addis Ababa. Mr. Shibeshi Bettemariam (Secretary General of the Addis chamber) & Mr. Tewodros Kelemwork (CEO of GCSI) put their signature to the MoU.

The intent of the agreement includes providing customer service training, enhancing capacity building and knowledge management.

On the other note, GLOBAL/ALTA conducted a product introduction event on 12th April, 2023 at Marriot Hotel to launch the joint customer service packages and the Golden Keys app. The guest of honor, H.E. Ato Getahun Alemu, President of Ethiopian Tourism and Hotels Association, made a speech and made clear his intention to have the customer service training for member organizations.
