Welcome to Alta Research, Training and counselling(Alta counselling)

Alta research, training and counseling (Alta Counseling) was established by a group of professionals in January, 2013. Since its establishment, it has been providing training and counseling service to individuals, groups and families. It also conduct research in psycho-social areas. In addition, Alta counseling works with local and international NGOs on top of working with private businesses such as schools and government institutions.

Alta Research, Training and counselling (Alta Counseling) was launched by team of professionals in January 2013. Alta Counseling is a leading counseling firm which provides counseling services to individuals and groups, and deliver life skills training to children, youth and adults with a wide range of employees with extensive experience in various fields of study.

Alta counseling is well known for its summer Life skills training for students when formal school is closed. Moreover, we have been providing basic counselling skills training for psychologists, social workers, sociologists and para-professionals who work for different institutions.

We closely work with youth to help them have a vision, lead themselves and others, have some basic life skills such as leadership skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving skills, self-awareness, team-building skills, self-esteem, confidence, communication skills, emotional intelligence, Problem Solving skill, and with employees we work on employee Care, stress management and relationship management skills.)
